TITLE COMPANY
We will deliver the sale contract packet to the title company within 48 hours of all parties signing and agreeing to the terms.

PAYOFF
To ensure a smooth closing, we will confirm that the title company has all the information they need about your current mortgage loan, including payoff information.

DEADLINES
Rest assured, it is our job to ensure all deadlines are met, from inspections to survey to financing to closing. We will stay in constant communication with our transaction partners to ensure your best interest is kept at the forefront.

INSPECTION NOTICE
After inspections are completed, buyers usually request repairs via an Inspection Notice. We will help you strategize and negotiate on your behalf to achieve your desired outcome.

REPAIRS & SERVICES
If you choose to accept the terms in the inspection notice, you may have to make some repairs to your home.  We have a list of technicians to help you.

TITLE COMMITMENT
All parties will receive a copy of the Title Commitment. We will review this document for you, looking for signs of liens that will not be satisfied by closing proceeds. Remedies must start immediately and be resolved by closing.

CLOSING
We will coordinate with all schedules and arrange a closing time.

ALTA DOCUMENT
We will review the final paperwork provided by the title company prior to closing to ensure accuracy and the transfer of funds.

CLOSING STATUS
You will receive status reports as needed and as appropriate. We will not leave you wondering about the next step!
